Every kid goes to Pakerwil School. It's not very clean, not at all. There have been many threats set on the school and is overall not good. But, the children need their education.
Cheap, run down appartments are where most people live. The maintence itsn't really good, and the landlord does a horrible job at keeping up. But no one ever complains.
