Personality- Carter isn't really a people's person. He is sorta geek and a nerd. He is the smart one in all of his classes. And he is the main target of the bullies. Sooner or later he probably become popular when everyone finds out his power.
History- Carter has a normal past. He didn't have any deaths in his family. His history is mainly he got bullied by the bullies. He got 3 B before on his report card. And other then that, he's all good.
