Jovi has a rather unique power. Her hands harness the power of electricity. The dangerous substance often comes out when she's angry, though she has almost no control. It is better, however, than when she was a kid.

-body-
Her body weight could be described as...normal. She isn't model skinny, but she isn't fat either. Just right for a 21year old. Her skin is basicly normal too. There's a bit of tan thrown in there, seeing as her father is part Indian. But other than that she looks like any other white. Jovi's a bit on the short side, too.

-face-
Jovi's a really pretty girl, actualy. Again, not model pretty, but good enough. Her hair is blond with small streaks of brown. All of that is completley natural, she doesn't like dieing it at all. It's kept really neat and hangs all the way down to her shoulders, looped up in a fancy way.
Right after that we have Jovi's beautiful eyes. They're a pretty little shade of green and blue, almost turquoise.

-style-
She prefers her style to be called 'her own' instead of anything else. Usualy Jovi's caught wearing something bright colored and gorgeous. Anything that brings out her eyes is good for her.

Old lady needs help crossing the street? Jovi's right there. Kids balls rolled into the street? She's already fetched it. Jovi is one of the most nicest people you'll meet. She enjoys meeting new people and helps out whenever she can. Rarley does she yell or swear, unless she has a good reason too.

-crazy-
A wild party at Sea Cobra's isn't really a wild party without Jovi. She'll get up on the tables and dance, but always stays sober. There's nothing this daredevil won't do! Anything labled 'Dangerous' screams fun to her! The life of any party, she's a must have

-♥boys-
Being 21 and single is a real get down for Jovi. She'd always imagined herself married by now, expessialy since the Government told her there was bad news with the age 37. Even though she's young, she's aways out prowling for men. Watch out! Anyone between the ages of 20 and 30 should be aware of her pretty little face!

-first ten years-
Born to two unknown people, Jovi grew up in an orphange. She was actualy rather happy here, being with other children like her. She never wanted to leave. But fate wasn't that nice to her, and soon an older woman adopted her and took her home. If she had thought living at the orphange was fun, she was wrong. For the next five years (she had been adopted at age five) she lived embraced in love. An only child, she was pampered and spoiled.

-Ten to current-
Her "mother" was very inspiring and often told her "daughter" to follow her dreams. Having none at the time, she just followed what her heart told her. That brought out the adventurous side of Jovi. She was "That crazy kid that climbed to the top of the water tower". Life was great. But then at age 16, her mother died. Being able to drive, she moved to Florida and spent the rest of the school days there. On the day of her 18 birthday, Jovi discovered her power. Her and her boyfriend broke up, leaving her mad and sorrowful. Like always she went for a quick dip in the lake. But this time, un seen by her, electricity danced in her hands. When she leaped into the water, she was shocked and passed out. A few minutes later she awoke in the hospital. Right after she was released, she got a call from the government. They informed her what was happening and told her to move straight to a little place called Pakerwil. She did, and since then she's lived there.
